I love these shoes. I bought my first pair in a color chocolate that is no longer available and they are fantastically comfortable. It looks just as good in real life as in the photos.

Thus far, these shoes have been great. I have not gotten the chance to do any long range hiking in them, but they have performed very well in the snow and the Gore-Tex has seriously done well.

? The site is easy to operate, customer service is a top guy, and I also like the phone line greetings. I hate, "the hearing, please listen to all the menu prompts, some recent changes, from other places."

I am sure you hear it all the time, I just blow much of your customer service hub. I ordered your shoes at night. I need to let them as quickly as possible, but I accidentally ordered them with standard shipping. I found your phone number on the site and request.
